More

The process consists of heating steel up below the temperature leading to structural changes, warming it at this temperature and then cooling it down at a certain speed. The relief annealing is to reduce the own tensions to a minimum without causing any structural changes of steel. This kind of annealing shall apply to welded products put to the plastic processing, after certain heat operations - always before the final mechanical processing.

Max Input: 920°c

More

The process consists of heating steel up to 30 - 50°C above the AC3 or ACm transformation temperature, warming it at this temperature for a certain period of time and next slowly cooling it down. This annealing variation is supposed to improve the mechanical properties of steel.

Max Input: 820°c

More

A procces which should increase the time the safe operation (e.g. in case of turbine bodies, nozzles or valve chambers) by repairing cracks, regeneration as well as the heat treatment connecting two different processes i.e. standardisation and tempering.

Max Input: 1050°c

More

The process of heating the input up to the temperature higher than the limit of solubility in order to dissolve the medium component, heat it and cool it quickly down. As a result, we get a material of low hardness but a higher plasticity

Max Temp: 1150°c

More

It consists of hardening the material in its whole cross-section (i.e. through the material) up to the temperature of austenitization.

Max Input: 1150°c

More

The proces is conducted at the temperature above 500 °C and aims at achieving high durability combined with a low hardness. After having been high tempered, the steel may be machined.

Max Input: 670°c

More

Conducted at the temperature 150–250 °C in order to get rid of hardening tensions, yet without damaging the material structure, rich in martensite. As a result, the material is very hard. Perfect choice for tools.

Max Input: 250°c
